Coast to Forest Web Library

Promoting resilience in our communities is an impactful way to emphasize mental health promotion and substance use prevention.

Resilience refers to the process and ability to successfully adapt in the face of challenges or stressors. Sometimes resiliency is referred to as the ability to “bounce back” after something bad happens like losing a job or the end of a relationship.
